REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Refund & Return Policy – Vismay Products
Thank you for shopping at Vismay Products. We strive to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy, you may return or request a refund under the following terms.
1. Return Window
- You may return products within 14 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
2. Refunds & Exchanges
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email to confirm whether a refund or exchange is approved.
- If approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method (or offer an exchange / store credit if you prefer).
- Only the cost of the product will be refunded. Original shipping fees (if any) are non‑refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
3. Return Process
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Email us at customerservice@vismayproducts.com with your order number and reason for return within 14 days of delivery.
- We will reply with a Return Authorization and return instructions (address, packaging guidelines, etc.).
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.
- Once we receive the item and verify it meets return conditions, we will process the refund or exchange within 1-2 business days.
4. Non‑Returnable Items / Exceptions
- Products that have been used, burned, opened or are missing the original packaging / tags are not eligible for return or refund.
- Sale items, custom orders, or gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded (unless defective).
- Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic proof.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at customerservice@vismayproducts.com with photos of the damage. We will either replace the item, provide a full refund.
6. How Refunds are Issued
Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used at purchase. Please allow up to 14 business days from the date we approve the return for the refunded amount to appear in your account (depending on your payment provider).
